Description of Our Classes:

Private Class: One-on-one session, 55 minutes.
We are able to accomplish the most in a private lesson, which uses all of the Pilates equipment and includes mat work. Private classes are recommended for beginners and those with chronic injuries.

1 Class: $95  
     
Intro-pack: 3 Classes (new clients)   $190 expires in 15 days
     
5 Classes: $450 ($90 per)   expires in 6 weeks
10 Classes: $850 ($85 per)   expires in 10 weeks
10 Classes: $800 ($80 per)   expires in 6 weeks

 

Half hour Private Class: One-on-one session, 30 minutes.

10 Classes: $500 expires in 10 weeks
10 Classes: $450 expires in 6 weeks


Small Group Class: Up to four people in a session, 55 minutes each.
We tailor the workout to your needs, and help you become more self-sufficient. The lesson uses all of the Pilates equipment and includes mat work. One private session required before participating in a small group class. Call or email for our Small Group schedule.

1 Class: $50  
10 Classes: $450 expires in 10 weeks
10 Classes: $400 expires in 6 weeks

* If you are a beginner, private sessions are encouraged until the work becomes familiar.

Let us craft a series of exercises that you fully understand and can practice at home. Private sessions recommended.

 

Massage by Michelle Pecorino:
Graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, NYC.
Her specialties include: Swedish Massage, Myofascial release, reflexology and Shiatsu.
Michelle hopes to combine these modalities with her strong communication skills and
personal experience with a health condition to help individuals regain a sense of
homeostasis in their bodies, manage pain, and aid HIV/AIDS and cancer patients in the
process of transforming themselves from sufferers to survivors.

Intro Ballet Class: Up to four people, 45 minutes
You will learn basic ballet terminology and positions. The class consists of ballet barre and center exercises. Good for developing posture, grace, coordination, and balance; as well as stronger legs and feet. Also stimulates the brain.

1 Class $25  
5 Classes: $100 expires in 6 weeks

* Not recommended for those with injuries or chronic pain
